3D embossers are designed to push all the fondant down around the image to leave the image standing up. The technique gives the appearance of having perfectly placed cut fondant stuck on the cookie without needing all the time and patience to do.
All embossers feature new large easy to hold and lift handle that has a CCC logo close to the right way up to make it quicker to see what way up the design is and lift the embosser out of the fondant, dough or gum paste with ease.
Made from PLA which is a biodegradable plastic derived from renewable resources including cornstarch, sugar cane, tapioca roots or even potato starch.
Hand wash only, keep below 50 degrees/c (122 degrees/f)/ *DO NOT wash in dishwasher.
